These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Roofing Done Wright (“Company”,“we”, “our”, or “us”).
By engaging Roofing Done Wright for services or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Services
Roofing Done Wright provides roofing maintenance and related services within New South Wales, Australia, including but not limited to:
Roof inspections;
Roof repairs;
Leak detection;
Gutter cleaning;
Roof maintenance;
Roof restoration-related maintenance;
Emergency roofing services.
All services are subject to availability, inspection, weather conditions, and safe site access.
Quotes & Acceptance
Quotes provided by Roofing Done Wright are valid only for the period specified on the quotation unless otherwise stated.
Acceptance of a quote may occur verbally, electronically, in writing, or by instructing us to commence work.
Once accepted, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
Pricing & Payment
Unless otherwise stated:
All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD);
GST may apply where required;
Payment terms are outlined on invoices or quotations.
Roofing Done Wright reserves the right to request deposits or progress payments before or during works.
Late payments may incur reasonable debt recovery costs or interest where permitted by law.
Variations & Additional Work
If additional issues are identified during inspection or works, Roofing Done Wright may recommend additional repairs or variations to the agreed scope.
No additional chargeable work will proceed without customer approval unless urgent action is reasonably required for safety or to prevent substantial property damage.
Access & Safety
Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the property for inspections and works.
Roofing Done Wright reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse works where site conditions are unsafe or non-compliant with workplace health and safety obligations.
This includes but is not limited to:
Severe weather conditions;
Unsafe roof access;
Structural instability;
Electrical hazards;
Asbestos or hazardous materials;
Aggressive or unsafe behaviour onsite.
Customers acknowledge that roofing work involves inherent risks and may require schedule adjustments for safety reasons.
Delays Outside Our Control
Roofing Done Wright is not liable for delays caused by factors outside reasonable control, including:
Adverse weather;
Supplier shortages;
Restricted property access;
Government restrictions;
Emergency safety concerns;
Industrial disruptions.
Warranties
Any workmanship warranty provided by Roofing Done Wright applies only where expressly confirmed inwriting.
Warranties do not cover:
Storm or extreme weather damage;
Structural movement;
Pre-existing defects;
Lack of ongoing maintenance;
Mould, corrosion, rust, or pest damage;
Damage caused by third-party contractors or previous workmanship;
External impacts or debris.
Manufacturer warranties for materials remain subject to the manufacturer’s own terms and conditions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roofing Done Wright’s liability is limited to:
Re-supplying the services; or
The reasonable cost of re-supplying the services.
Roofing Done Wright is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including loss ofprofits, business interruption, or damage outside the agreed scope of works.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes rights or consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
NSW Consumer Rights
Where applicable, services provided by Roofing Done Wright are subject to consumer protections under New South Wales law and the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude statutory rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

Users agree not to:
Misuse this website;
Attempt unauthorised access to systems or data;
Introduce malicious software;
Copy or reproduce website content without permission.

Governing Law
